Maintenance and Replacement:
Rollers are consumable parts in the chassis system and will gradually wear out with the increase in working hours.
Signs of wear include: thinning of the wheel rim, dents or cracks, stiff or stuck wheel body, oil leakage (grease), and abnormal noise (squeaking, grinding).
Replacement usually requires jacking up the machine and removing the track. It is recommended to replace severely worn rollers in pairs (same side) or as a whole set to maintain chassis balance and travel performance.
When installing, tighten the bolts to the specified torque and ensure that lubrication is in place.
