- Daily Inspection: Visually inspect the roller surface before each operation to confirm there are no cracks, deformation, or abnormal wear. Also, check the lubrication status and fit clearance of the 100% copper alloy bushing. If any shaking, unusual noise, or metallic grinding is detected, investigate the cause immediately.
- Regular Lubrication: Depending on the intensity of operation (recommended every 50-100 hours or weekly), relubricate the copper alloy bushing with a high-viscosity lithium-based grease (such as Mobil SHC 220 or other Liebherr-recommended grease) through the dedicated grease nipple. Ensure adequate lubrication to reduce friction between the shaft and bushing, thereby extending component life.
Following the above maintenance procedures can significantly reduce the risk of abnormal roller wear and maintain the stability and reliability of the crane’s travel system.
